For today we recommend a boat ride to Lake Sandoval (Tambopata National reserve), water mirror surrounded by wetlands, natural habiat of howler monkeys, black caimans, giant river otters, jaguars and an outstanding diversity of bird species. Get ready in the afternoon to climb the inkaterra Canopy Walkway, a 344m system of two platforms, eight observation towers and seven hanging bridges, built at 30m above the groung to study wildlife at the canopy.

Get a privileged view o the rainforest by spending the night at the Inkaterra Canopy treehouse (optional w/additional cost).

Today wake up early to enjoy a motorized canoe ride followed by a long walk to reach the adventures of Gamitana creek, to appreciate the rich flora and fauna aong the way.

In the afternoon, visit the Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion, a 35-minute ride upriver takes you to the home of a emarkable botanical garden with over 200 species of rainforest plants. Another suggested activity for today is Rainforest by night.

Today our team will transport you back to Puerto Maldonado airport for yor flight to Cusco.

After arrival, you will be transported to the Ollantaytambo station for your train ride to Machu Picchu pueblo.

Machu Picchu awaits, unveil the mysteries that withhold in this archaeological site with a guided tour of the Incan citadel. During your tour, enjoy the magic and tranquility of Machu Picchu and the breathtaking scenery that stretches away from it.

You can also add on a hike to the top of Huayna Picchu for a higher view of the ruins or Machu Picchu Mountain, the father mountain of this area. At the end of the tour, we will head back to take the train back to Ollantaytambo.

After your hearty breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up to start your adventure. At the lake there will be hot beverages to warm up the day. Right after stretching, kayak around lake Piuray take in the awe-inspiring landscape, abundant birdlife, surrounding farmland at Lake Piuray. If you wish to add another activity, there is biking and even “Torito” painting (custom bull souvenir). At the end of your activity enjoy a relaxing lunch with an amazing view.

From Ollantaytambo, you'll be treated to a scenic train ride through the Sacred Valley to the town of Aguas Calientes where you will stay in comfort to await for the highlight of our tour.
