Today you will be welcomed you'll board your flight to Cuzco.
At your arrival, your guide will meet you at the airport and you will be transferred to your hotel in the Sacred Valley to begin with the wellness activities.
You will begin the retreat with the 1st or EARTH Chakra and connect with Mother Earth with an Incan “K’intu” ritual and guided meditation in the Pachamama Garden. You can later treat yourself to a flower bath under the stars.

Today we will honor the WATER Chakra elements on a breathtaking hike with a sacred water “Yaku” ceremony. There will be time for an optional personal flower essence consultation before our restorative Yin Yoga class.

Today, after flow yoga to move our FIRE energy, we will be invited to experience an authentic coca-leaf reading followed by an Andean offering “despacho.” We will release our despacho to the Andean mountain spirits “Apus” in an outdoor fire ceremony.

After a nurturing yoga class, we will expand our HEART Chakra with a heart-opening Cacao ceremony and crystal bed therapy to align our energies. You can spend some time alone in the “Sonqo” garden to hear what your heart is telling you.

Following an expressive yoga class, we focus on our THROAT Chakra. Experience sound healing by an inspired local musician with amazing instruments. There will also be an option for a Temazcal (sweat lodge) and cold plunge pool.

We are now ready to open our THIRD-EYE, or 6th Chakra with an optional San Pedro ceremony or a vision quest to a sacred Incan Cave. Walk through our Spiral Garden and witness the full expression of your inner and outer vision.

What a week! With our 7 senses and chakras highly attuned, we sit by our 1000 year-old Lucuma tree or “Crown” Chakra garden to integrate all that we have learned and healed on this journey through the 7 Chakra Gardens.
After a week of energy renewal, we will prepare to visit one of the most important energy centers of Peru: Machu Picchu.
You will be transferred to Ollantaytambo. You'll be treated to a scenic train ride through the Sacred Valley to the town of Aguas Calientes where you will stay in comfort to await for the highlight of tomorrow.

Today you will uncover the secrets of Machu Picchu during a guided tour of the Incan citadel.
You'll visit the most important parts of the ruins to learn how and why they were constructed. Then you'll depart from Machu Picchu town, and take a train ride to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival at the train station you will be met and transferred to your Cuzco hotel.

Today you will have a transfer to the airport in Cusco for your flight back to Lima and home.
